The New Food Guide Pyramid

Incase you didn't know, there is now a new food guide pyramid. It has been around for a few years, but it is new and improved. I found a site that can help you determine what amounts of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and meat are best for you. You enter your age, gender, and amount of physical activity. Once you do this, it will give you amounts and then tips following each category of the pyramid.
